10 Reasons the Dallas Cowboys Will Win the Super Bowl

3. Rod Marinelli’s Defense

Due to the loss of former stars like DeMarcus Ware and Jason Ratliff to free agency, the loss of their best remaining player Sean Lee to injury, and an overall group of players that did not have any reputation, the Dallas defense was suppose to be one of the worst units in the league last year. Instead, the group of unheralded players played discipline defense and ranked 22nd. That’s not great but good enough when teamed with the great Cowboy offense. With another year with the group, the return of Sean Lee, and addition of Greg Hardy Cowboy fans can hope to see the defense creep towards league average.
