With Marshawn Lynch being the most physically punishing running backs in the league, that means he is also the running back that receives the most punishment. At some point all of those hits are going to take their toll. He is 29 now and has over 2,000 carries in his 9 year career. Injuries and loss of athleticism will eventually catch up with Lynch. And with the arrival of red-zone monster Jimmie Graham, Lynch’s touchdown numbers will likely take a hit even if he remains healthy.
